FRIENDSHIP GOALS SOCIETY CARAGA – BUTUAN INC. (FGSCBI ) is a non-profit, non-stock, non-political, and non-partisan organization, founded on October 28, 2017 by Mr. Ronald M. Lisayan, a native Surigaonon who has passion and commitment on community development ; registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) on November 19, 2018.
